Cove or DropSuite for MS365 backups?

Hello, I’ve been a DropSuite customer for over a year and their product is solid for the most part. However, I’m exploring other options with probably better features and usability. I came across Cove and it seems solid. I was wondering if you’ve used them for just MS365 backups and if the move from DropSuite makes sense.
