Insight into 247Connect.cloud?

I've been researching alternative remote connection solutions. We use NinjaOne RMM and its internal remote connection 90%+ of the time. We use Splashtop (non-NinjaOne, direct purchase) for backup remote connection and client use. I recently came across 247connect.cloud here on Reddit and thought I'd have a look. Pricing appears to be about half of what we pay for 750 seats of Splashtop. However, getting in touch with someone has been darn near impossible. I will say, someone called twice (our general VM line), but would not email me. I emailed them. Nothing. I found the rep on LinkedIn and message her. Still radio silence. Anyone using them?
