Andy is a true professional and knows his stuff. Wife's iPhone screen wouldn't respond, got stuck in a boot loop and finally turned completely dark. Took it in and he took it apart, replaced the screen, and fixed it right there while I waited. Will definitely be taking my future repairs his way.
