Blackline IT

Our organization switched to BL approximately a year ago. BL not only provides IT services, the provide those services in a responsive matter. BL is proactive in regards to security and preparing our organization for infrastructure or software changes that may impact us. I would not hesitate to sign with BL again.

We went with Blackline to upgrade and streamline our IT so we could focus on our core business. We are a fairly new client -- the set up was very straightforward and smooth and the service has been excellent.

Black Line has been great! They are always very responsive, and timely in their response The staff is professional and polite. I LOVE that they are very patient with non-tech people like myself and can walk me through things easily. I am so happy to have their support. They are wonderful!!
