They do a good a job selling the product, but the back-end needs work. If you are small office, you might like their service. We've sent multiple emails to VP's, but they don't get back to you. Slow customization, incomplete work and call drops. It all adds up to a sub-par voip system. Do your homework, there are better ones out there.
