Switching out our server went very smoothly. There was no down time for any of our 12 users. The data moved over to the new system seamlessly. A few issues with users located their data was resolved by CDS immediately.
Professionalism
CDS is attentive, kind, quick, and great to work with all around! They are a company that cares and it is proven by their employees. I manage a small business and would recommend them for any tech needs.
Our office had a new copier from CDS installed recently. When the copier is installed, a technician comes in to install the driver, etc. Matt Bretz has been a technician with the company for many years, and is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He truly goes above and beyond and provides excellent customer service.
