Jeff has been helping our company with occasional computer and email issues for a couple years now, and he's always been super responsive. Both him and Dan often take my calls about our email issues - we're very lucky to have him supporting us!

Very timely assistance involving a bulletin board that fell off the wall and damaged connections. The connections were reestablished, but the electronics were disturbed as well. The CMIT stayed with it until all was fully operational again.
