Fixed my issue.... but they installed 2 different remote desktop access programs on my computer and didn't remove them. Ethically suspect and potentially dangerous. Neither of the two programs have anything to do with diagnostics either.

My son had his computer repaired through CPR and they did a great job. They kept us update on what was going on and we appreciate that so much! They were very kind and courteous and charged a very reasonable price to repair it. If we ever need anything else repaired we will definitely be taking our computer to them!
