We migrated to the AVAYA phone system with CPT and they did a great job. TJ gave us all the information we needed and was very helpful. Then, during the implementation the service we received from their Avaya expert Rudy was outstanding. We definitely recommend CPT.

I have been using CPT for all of my telephony needs for years. They are a full service shop with friendly personnel throughout the organization. The experience could it had been a little better since is kind of difficult to work with the staff. But, at the end everything worked out.

We used CPT for our phone system and data cabling. The installation was done neat and quickly; very professional overall. They were very detailed in explaining all the features and capability of the phones both during the sales process and after the install when they offered training to our staff. I would use again.
