Last summer, my hard drive on my iMac crashed and I was devastated. My prized music collection and photos were in jeopardy of being lost, but DriveCrash rescued them in a very timely manner. They gave me a great deal and Mike was a pleasure to work with. I would definitely use them again, but I learned to back everything up.
