The communication every step of the way was fantastic. I never felt confused or like I was waiting on someone to get back to me for very long. I always got the information I needed. It is pricey given you can't know how much is recoverable until you go through the process, but I understand.

They were able to recover data from my phone after it was completely dead--even unable to power up. It took 8+ months, and they had to send it to their "recovery partners in Europe," but I eventually got ALL my data back!!

the job of recuperating a large RAID1 16 Tb drive was properly performed, even though the drive was not responding. The only issue is that, some files could not be read in the first backup sent, but they promptly sent a second one where "all" of the files have been recuperated and were readable.

My family had to recover important photos that were in the mac harddisk. Apple technician at their store said they couldn't do it. Thanks to drivesavers we could recover those.

I accidently dropped my WD Passport drive containing 25 years of photos I had taken along with many videos. DriveSavers was able to transfer all the files from the damaged drive to a new SSD.
