Had a minor issue with outlook/phishing. The issue couldn't get resolved on first call, but Shamir kept me up to date and kept looking for how to get resolved. It took less than a week and he was very professional and friendly.

Kevin is extremely intelligent and on top of the current technology that it takes to explain and correct any and all of my computer issues. He shows patience in dealing with me when I am using layman terms, and really not understanding what is wrong in the first place.
