Cleaned up water damage done after a leak in the toilet pipes. Removed tile from bathroom floors for a total redo. Also took up carpet and found some major delamination. Should we encounter another accident we will definitely have these guys coming out to fix our things.

I chose Service Master as they were one of the the companies my insurance company sent to me as a possible candidate in my time of disaster. I simply asked for a copy of their assessment of the damage to my home. They refused to give it to me.

Terrible customer service. Hired by Farmers Insurance for a high fee and provided very little. Does not explain the lack of response after the inspection to voice mails, emails, text message.
