Quoted over $2k to retrieve ~100 GB of data from a flash drive. I chose to deny that service, wasn't important enough. Then quoted $25 to mail a the broken drive back. I get technology and knowledge to retrieve data can be specialized and expensive but $25 to return a <0.5 ounce item is absurd and makes me question everything.
