Just a heads up. Don’t ever schedule to cancel your internet. Just call when you’re ready to cancel and cancel immediately. They’ll slow down your internet so much nothing will work. Otherwise it was fine, this just rubbed me the wrong way....
Im so happy to finally be done with frontiers service. The internet is always going down while the price continues to go up. The outages also last for weeks and customer service is very hard to reach, go with anything else...
Don’t waste your time or money when you cancel they don’t tell you they will still be charging you 50 dollars to return the equipment.. I will never deal with frontier again !...
