I called so many times no one ever picks up the phone. I’ve left several email messages. They keep sending me bills every month and I want to cancel. I have no access to the account. Terrible I’m going to file a complaint with the Secretary of State and the BBB.

I have tried reaching out to this company many times for cooperation, they take almost weeks to reply to messages and emails, the sales and customer service team really don't care. I reached 2 departments, voice and SMS department, but no one gives a proper answer. It was a really frustrating and bad experience.
I’ve been trying to cancel my service you can’t get in contact with anyone this is terrible never had a problem billing my card every month there is absolutely nothing on the account which enables you to cancel service
Stay away from this company. They charged my card but never sent an activation email so I can't get the toll free number. They don't anser the phone. I had to call my bank and put in a disput. They are the worst. I filed a complaint with the FTC for fraud and the BBB.
We've spent hours trying to contact them and no one answers the "customer service" line. If I cannot get through to this phone company, I will be filing a complaint with the Better Bureau Business. We are having issues transferring calls within our law firm and its unacceptable. I need this issue resolved as soon as possible.
I really wish I would have read the reviews on this company first. They're horrible! No one in the customer service area calls you back i have left about 4 voicemails in two weeks...to no avail. They will take your money and offer no support once the funds have been obtained.
