Pathetic. They were hired to provide home PT for my knee replacement therapy. I paid upfront prior to the surgery, they never scheduled the therapy. I made multiple calls to receive a refund that they assume that I would collect but nope no refund. They duck don’t use them.

I would absolutely steer clear of these people. They’re very responsive until you pay up front over a thousand dollars then no one answers the phone. They have absolutely 0 follow through on the things they tell when they do answer on the 15th call. Save yourself the stress and find a different company.
