We recently used Hosted America to upgrade our phone system. They were very professional in all aspects of the install. The staff worked with us to select the system that best fit our needs and then were prepared to install the system with very little interruption to our business.

Hosted America does a great job of addressing any issues quickly and professionally. If we have an issue its normally addressed within one business day and if we need any changes to our service within one to three business days depending if equipment is needed or not. GREAT customer service!
