Great facility to take Pearson Vue exams. The front desk staff was very professional and helpful. My id verification and paperwork was done pretty quickly and I was at the computer taking the exam in no time. The facility is clean, quiet and well-lit.

Excellent place to take an exam! Test proctor allowed me to show up late due to my having issues with my baby sitter coming in on time!

Nice location. The place does get hot as the day goes on. You will wait about an hour before starting. They check in everyone all together and then begi. Seating people one by one.

Nice location just off Route 59 and Diehl Road. Plenty of parking in Nice building. Process for fingerprinting and verification was quick, efficient and professional. Took a little over 5 minutes and I was in and out. Glad I chose ITES Inc.

Quick, efficient, and clean. All testing materials provided were of quality, and the computers are kept clean and in good working condition. Water and bathroom breaks are available during tests, but test time will continue regardless. Highly recommend for PSI testing.

Very quick and made the process smooth!

I had a very good experience with my appointment. I waited for only 5 minutes before I was seen and the appointment took less than 5 minutes. I felt that my personal information was kept confidential which was a big concern that I had prior to my appointment.

Everything was easy, I was able to get in quickly (within 2 days), the man at the front was very kind and accommodating! Also a very chill atmosphere which was helpful with pre-exam jitters.

I had really great experience for my exam. The place was very quiet and properly managed. Everything needed for the test was provided at the center. Clean. Easily accessible.

I appreciate all the knowledge they provided and the support.

The overall service was great and the center was quiet while taking the test. The only issue was the materials provided with the book being torn to bits which may have affected my accuracy on the test.

Great. I do wish we had pencils and paper rather than a whiteboard with eraser and markers. Lighting is also very bright. Gave me a bit of a headache. Got here early for my test and proctor dropped the ball. Waited over an hour and a half and my test timed out. I had to reschedule and pay again for the test because the man running the facility didn't even attempt to check me in even after I brought up how long I'd been waiting.
