Kendall came out to my business and analyzed the issue, researched it and then advised what the problem was and that he thought this would remedy it; adding that he would call back tomorrow to verify it had not resurfaced. He was polite, on time, explained using non-tech terminology and wasn't a cocky or condescending.
They replaced the power jack on my laptop. It was cheaper than all the estimates I got from other shops. It was done in a few days. Great service.

Best place to trust for repair
The tech came out and helped me with some virus removal. Also helped clean up the computer to improve speed as well as helping me get my e-mail working on my iPad.
Too much costly. Guys who works there don't even know how to fix the issues and they don't even know how to talk to a customer. A very bad experience with them.
