LEAP is great to work with, they treat you like family. We bought Kodak Alaris scanners from them and could not be happier with the production of these units and the support from LEAP. I will be referring all to talk to LEAP about any IT needs they might have.
The customer service is pretty good! Ashley did exactly what was asked and accomplished the mission within Company Policies. Service fees for setting up network and Email address is steep, but I guess you have to read the fine print.
