I would give 0 stars if I could. Everything that was to be taken care of prior to move in wasn't. Every maintenance request and issue, both safety, health, and cosmetic, I have been stood up to appts to fix and ghosted on calls and texts. Do not recommend renting from this company.

Very reliable at getting things fixed but sometimes the management needs to be reminded about problems to ensure it gets moved to the top of the list for certain repairs (AC in the summer). Convenient ways to pay rent. Lawn is mowed/maintained weekly. Security monitored. Great location!

Will make up outrageous accusations to keep your security deposit. Avoid at all costs. High rent for rundown, bug infested duplexes. There is a reason he won't meet you face to face and has to use a drop box as an office. Beware.

We stayed for 8 years. Very respectful of our privacy and left us to live our lives. No micro managing of the property. We did get repairs completed when asked. Bought home is why we left.
