I found Networking With Nate to have made a significant contribution to my search. The breakout sessions helped with different aspects of the process plus one-on-one meetings with Nate provided several excellent networking contacts.

Networking with Nate is the best format around the Triangle when in transition. Not only the breakout sessions are extremely helpful but the groups are small enough that you can interact and connect with everyone.
