Our company R+B Group, Inc. are using ProStar Communications Services for several years. They help us solve any failure or doubt that we have in communications, they also update our telephone system to the newest available. I highly recommend it. Brad and Matt are experts in this area.

If I could put negative stars, I would. The owner is so rude women, our company used this business for years and cancelled and the owner is so disrespectful when you go somewhere else! Planned to come back but not after calling and talking with owner!

The owner is a narcissist! Gets a bad review and calls them spam calls from a men, what a joke! I know Amanda personally and the last time I checked she is a woman and sounds like a woman. The bad reviews are your own fault on how you treat people! Maybe you should check your tone and attitude before you speak to customers!

We had their techs come out to do same day service. Were very fast, courteous and double checked equipment thoroughly to make sure it worked. Phones are up and running .....considering they're about 13 yrs old. ..it appears with the right maintenance and techs those stone age phones are indestructible.

We were having internal telephone issues with our VOIP Service box. The phone provider said everything was working from their end. I contacted ProStar Communications frantic about the situation. The technician took the time to customize our service and had our phone messaging working in less than an hour. I highly recommend!!
