Great resources

The whole in jail has been crazy literally very frightening but I getted out n I'm still scared

I went to Outreach Court to have my court fines and fees eliminated but they didn't have the case files so I have to give the court time to get them. I have to go back in April to see if the court will do that for me.

Couldn't be harder or more inconvenient to get to..they don't want to help anybody..... They just want to sound like they do while they say NO TO everything their flyer says they will help you with.

Got my newborn's birth certificate at this location. Took about an hour without an appointment. This place is kept clean, and the staff is friendly!

Efficient and helpful staff.

The staff at the office is vary sweat and careing about their people they take care of they will get the job done.

All of the staff are friendly. They go out of their way to help you. They truly live their lives on purpose.

For a pace that is supposed to help you get on track they sure make resources diffucult to get ahold of and the people on the phone are no help and rude

I didn't like the program at all. I fill the application for nothing. All I needed was to find a program to sponge your criminal records but you had be fresh of county jail for 8 months or been in probation or parole in order to get help. …

They help me with finances for my house and they have good programs and good counselors there.

The services get negative 5 stars but the picture gets a perfect 10 so 5 stars....!!

I have to go here several times a month for various reasons and everytime it is quick and painless. Most county buildings aren't but they got it down here

Very helpful, I just wish they had more effective services to help get people off the street. Having to show up around 7am and wait hours only to be told there's no more spots open is pretty disheartening, the rest of their services are good though.

Seem to really care about the clients they are serving. Have lots of resources and information to help the recently released and probation/parole community to get back on there feet and be a support system for those who wouldn't have one otherwise

The re-entry center has resources for everything especially if you just got out of custody. The only reason I don't give it 5 stars is because you have to be on probation or parole. Other than that it has helped tremendously.

The wait time is not to bad. They need more reliable resources such as assistance in helping on getting a place, clothing, bus passes and so on

I feel the reentry program is excellent place to get help

Very helpful organization! The staff seem to want to help as much as possible, but sometimes the rules are the rules and the process has procedures that not everyone understands or appreciates.

For those recently released, take advantage of ALL the help to get stable again and put those mistakes in your rearview.

I use the mobile homeless clinic there. Great nurses and doctors. Get the there early. Open Mon. and Fri. morning and Wed. afternoon.

Very helpful but not for me.

After a little bit of waiting, I was helped. I would recommend this place to friends. There is a lot services provided here. If you're homeless, they can help you out. If you need a job, they can help you out. And if you need to see a doctor for whatever, they can help you out as well. Friendly staff that's very courteous.
