My computer is in worse shape. I would never recommend you to anyone. You stole my money is the way I see it.
Pop up virus alert, followed by a $300 charge to my grandparents credit card, until I hear otherwise, I would consider this ANOTHER scam against the elderly

Tech Support specialist took two hours of his time to clean up, clean out, and install security system. Our computer was a mess and he cleaned it up so it works fine. Appreciate his hours of work to help us have a working computer free from viruses. Thank you!!

Very pleased with the immediate care that I have received from SARW Consulting. The technicians are informative and always able to take care of my computer needs.
