Was told with the highest confidence they could damn near guarantee the recovery of the files I needed. Then waiting, waiting, waiting for weeks, I keep inquiring about the progress. Just to be told weeks later the recovery was not possible at all. They're supposed to be the 'best of the best' RIGHT..... 0 stars!

The person working on my case was in constant contact and explained in detail what needed to be done with my equipment to retrieve data. They were very upfront with everything, including pricing, and always gave me the option on whether to proceed.

Absolutely do not use for personal data recovery! I came with the smallest problem, an old external hard drive from college that I no longer had the right software to read the drive type or the cabling was wrong. This is a 30 minute problem with the right tooling, which presumably they should have, and the quote was over $1000.
