Don’t go there, the lady at the front desk is crazy, very quarrelsome always arguing with clients in person and on phone. I think she needs therapy how do you bring someone like that to wrk ?? Something is off with her mentally! She needs help

I was directed to SecureOne for fingerprinting/background check. Office is located in a beautiful corporate building and is easy to find. Staff was very professional and customer service oriented.

Made an appointment over a week ago for TSA pre check, showed up 10 minutes early. The receptionist said their system has been down for 3 days and to go to Staples instead. An email or some form of notification would have been nice.
