I wish I could give negative stars. I am SO frustrated with Spectrum VOIP. They do not stand behind their service or equipment. They do not respond to requests for help. It's completely ridiculous that I have to get my attorney involved now because they won't do the right thing!

Collens was great! he helped us with all our needs and stayed very patient during our long phone call
Stay away. Had them set up phones for our business. Try to lock you into contracts that they can not explain. They send bills they can not explain. Made my first monthly payment up front and then they back charged me on my next bill. Said there is nothing they can do that it was 2 different departments.
Big mistake we thought we were going to save money but instead it’s a nightmare - technical support can’t fix issues and they just forward the ticket and hope that it gets resolved. My business has been down 2 days now
