Ordered a poster and came in the day after it was expected to be printed. They had me wait 25 minutes to print the poster that should’ve been done yesterday. Print had a cut off line that wasn’t present in the online preview. Will not order again.

Walked in to complete my TSA Pre Check appointment and it was 1-2-3. Confirmed my appointment information, sat down and was out the door in like 30-45 minutes. I was in a time crunch-- overall I was very happy.

My experiences in this store are hit and miss. Sometimes you can get a sales person who’s willing to help you out and then there’s other times where people are too busy on their cell phones. Went here needing help repairing a printer after several places wouldn't even take a moment to look at it. Demasha took time to look at the printer, offer genuine advice regarding it, and looked out for sales for me to suit my needs. Everyone here was helpful and genuine, even amongst a very busy hour. Would have given a 1 star if it wasn’t for Liz. Liz stepped in to help from a different area in the back, when their assistants in the front struggled at customer service near the printing area. Very well done; if it wasn’t for this worker, I would have shown up to a job interview in bad shape.

I find that Staples employees tend to be very helpful and the Yonkers Staples is no exception. I needed to do an Amazon dropoff and buy computer ink. I was helped at both stations by employees who were very willing to help me navigate my phone so that I could make my purchases.

Posters came out amazing and the customer service was outstanding! Thank you!

Their needs to be a better process for returning packages. A 10 minute wait is truly unacceptable. If a simple service can't be accommodated within a reasonable time then perhaps the service shouldn't be provided at staples.

Four people helped me there yesterday. Franklin, Jamal, another black gentleman whose name, I think, began with S (or another J?). A woman whose name ended with NEICE, I think. Every one of them was polite, helpful, and willing to spend time with me and go out of their way to show me stuff. I was REALLY impressed!

I was very pleased with the above and beyond service provided by Emily at the Staples Yonkers Copy and Print department. We have reoccurring commercial needs between NJ & NY and we definitely be bringing all of our business to this location going forward. Great customer service and being knowledgeable is priceless.
