I'm a senior citizen (have been for several years), and I called Tony with TeamLogic on a Saturday. He was great! He was on the phone for almost an hour with me. He was patient, kind and very knowledgeable. He helped me get my computer working again, so I could do the part-time job I do. He is a genius and a gem of a person.
