Very helpful people, bread available daily Monday through Friday. But if you're going for the pantry they are very thorough and want verification of income for every person in your entire household so be prepared.

Very friendly

Wonderful bread store etc. At back of the building ring bell and they tell you what you can have. Come before 3pm. Sometimes fresh veggies.

Love their food supply program. You won't starve with the help of the Salvation Army. Thank you for your monthly help.

They tell you to leave a message and someone will return your call, they don't in the meantime you starve. I'll be calling the Alderman soon and than the Captain to find out no one is doing their job. Are you really doing Gods, work?

funds for assistance have been depleted. Unable to get assistance with utilities, causing my electric to be disconnected. It was averaging 97°. Very uncomfortable for my pets and self.

I needed help and 'The Salvation Amy Rockford came thru for me in my desperate need.

Great place great organization

1 cashier. Long lines. No signs directing you to what the color of the day on the tags to indicate 50% off. Unorganized.
Smells bad.

I find it odd that only 30 minutes you're open all appointments for food help is full. Two weeks in a row. I'm sorry but that is ridiculous! How many families do you truly help. How many appointments do u have for a 5 day business week???? …

They have very nice things

I used to attend there and the service was always uplifting. Everyone was friendly and warm. There is one woman who works in the office who is always so kind. Overall, God is good at the SA!
