USCIS Albany Field Office

There is no restroom in this building which is a big problem for those accompanying someone to the uscis.

I wish I could give them ZERO star. Everybody is very lazy and they don’t know what they are doing there. They are very disrespectful and as well as the security guards.

Was there today and officer Colon was really nice

My recent I-130 interview at this USCIS location was a positive experience. The office was easily accessible on the third floor via elevator. Arriving 20 minutes prior to my scheduled appointment was appropriate. Staff were friendly and professional.

Processing time takes forever and they ignore your documents for months and besides you can't speak to a live person.

Great employees and they really familiar

Went here for UK visa biometrics. Such a pleasant experience, everyone was so nice.

my case taking long as a us citizen and i have documents was return to uscis and its missing im trying to make an appointment its been one year since the notice was return and missing and no one even telling me what was that notice abut

Finally done with my papers but when I sent my original papers to Albany SSA, they said they never received my original papers but I sent the copies the first time and they got them and they said they needed the originals so I did send them …

I had an excellent experience. The people there were very nice and they make you feel super secure during the whole journey.

Should get 0 stars. There is no way to speak to a real person when you call unless you already have a case number? This makes no sense. Terrible terrible service.

Came here a week ago to get my citizenship. I dealt with Flynn, he was amazing and very hospitable made me very comfortable and confident. I appreciate him and how quickly everything was done !

uscis phone number does not work only a computer can not talk to a person. only want to know if they are open do to the weather.

Had a 2 PM appointment. When I got there, we were the only two people in a waiting room of over 30 seats. Was in and out of an interview in less than 10 minutes and Received a verbal approval right away. The officer was very personable and made us feel comfortable.

They won’t let you bypass their automated message system to speak with a representative. The automated service cannot answer my question, but they refused to pass you on to speak with a person and then they hang up on you. That’s not public service.

The waiting time is terrible on the phone call, and the Bot on the customer service isn't useful at all, and it puts you in a loop hole.

I was stressed before going, the security at the door was welcoming and helpful. Chris helped me around 10am. She listened to me patiently. She is truly an amazing person and friendly. Plus, we had a short conversation with a lady from biometrics in the elevator. She was really nice and positive energy. They made my day
