Wow the staff was so rude especially the “security guard” We waited outside and they came out being rude to everyone. They could have been friendlier.

Very nice staff, mom was not cooperating and they were so patient and understanding. Fast and easy process.

Very rude person at the front desk. Not inviting or welcoming at all. Thankfully someone else was more accommodating.

Arrived from 2 hours away to find office is closed. Least that could have been done was let us know in advance. Now a whole day off and 4 hrs wasted for nothing.

I had appointment given by USCIS for biometrics on an undesired date . I went there in person to request if they could accommodate me sooner . Not only did they approve my request but also gave me appointment on the same date . They were courteous and professional , i was in and out in less than 20 mins .

I took my mother to have her finger printed there,The employees are very nice,kind and professional.

Very friendly people who speak Spanish and English. You can arrive 15 minutes early. Bring your completed application to speed up your appointment.

The security guard has horrible attitude and is definitely not the type of person USCIS want to have to represent themselves. Other than that, the process went very fast and another employee here was nice and efficient.
