I was dreading going for biometrics as in the past any dealing with government offices with the greencard process was horrible & I'm Canadian & it was in Canada, the US consulate, but this was the most pleasant experience. I arrived 10mins …

They are absolutely horrible can’t contact anyone automated system says they can help you but when you explain it doesn’t understand what you’re talking about. Horrible don’t waste your time with them they need to just close the business down.

Went there for a biometric appointment. Was in and out in 20 min. Had a very pleasant experience. Everyone I encountered at the office were professional and courteous. I don't understand the low rating for this office - seems like the unhappiness against the slow immigration system are being directed against the local office.

I recently completed my citizenship naturalization process at this office, and the officer was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and exceptionally kind. Overall, it was a truly wonderful experience.

My daughter Victoria (one month old) and visited there, staff were very nice and I had a good experience there. But I had a hard time at the entrance door while I was trying to enter with a baby stroller, the handicap button wasn’t working. It was March 26,2026.

Great experience for Bio Metrics. I would say the guy with long hair makes sure your are not nervous and he made the whole process so simpl and easy. I was out in 15 minutes. great job guys. Best USCIS office.
