There was no wait at all when I showed up! Security was super nice! I had an emotional day after driving 3 hours and not knowing how to set up my Biometric appointment, but they were super understanding and helped me the whole way through!

It's supposed to take 5 months to renew your residence card, it took them 10 months, I went to get an extension and they don't inform you properly what you need for it, I showed up for the appointment with no pictures, I'm not impressed!

We went for my wife's Resident Card interview. The guards were very respectful and very polite. We had Officer King and he was really cool. Very nice guy.
