Easy to get there by bus #67 and get off nearby the entrance of USCIS building then for get back to downtown Pittsburgh just walk 2 minutes to the bus stop cross the street and get bus 67 again to downtown

Very disolutioned, I have done everything I can to get an answer to my question. I checked the gov site, I made contacted by e-mail as asked! And was told I would have an answer by Dec 3rd. so far nothing. Now the computer tells me that if I asked for a person to talk to she will disconnect the call!!!! No I am not happy at all.

I had an awful experience getting biometrics done here. The appointment time was for 9 am but apparently the internet was down so by the time I got there they didn’t even do any of the 8am appointments. Didn’t get my biometrics until close to 10:30 and the lady doing them was really rude.

Everyone I have dealt with is very nice. Those conducting citizenship ceremonies are particularly kind and enthusiastic about the service they provide. Happy Citizenship Day mommy!!!

My one any only experience with the USCIS was an extremely bizarre, cumbersome, highly draconian, and byzantine experience.

Wonderful people. Went there as a walk-in for biometrics appointment around 2 30 PM on a Monday, actual appointment was in NY 3 days later. We aware the only ones there and were in and out in 10 minutes. They said that afternoons are best to do walk ins if needed as they are not busy and can be accepting. Good luck!

This is a non-federal, non-government business that poses as an official tax-payer funded service because the last Bush was cutting costs. Overpriced, under-signed, unclear processes and general air of unease and distrust. Homeland Security doesn't seem to offer other options
