Very friendly and helpful Staff and security officers. The service is very fast too. I appreciate it. :)
Very welcoming and patient when asked questions are not understood. Be careful of people you ask questions from before your interview, their answers will create fear in you before you arrive. Meanwhile the staffs are so nice and polite.

The people here were super nice. Great experience!
The friendliest government officials I have ever met, in any country! It is refreshing and a good experience during a stressful process.
Be careful - this branch doesn’t allow walk in for biometrics collection that is earlier than the actual appointment date. The walk-in review is outdated. They used to allow it but not now anymore. …
Very disolutioned, I have done everything I can to get an answer to my question. I checked the gov site, I made contacted by e-mail as asked! And was told I would have an answer by Dec 3rd. so far nothing. Now the computer tells me that if I asked for a person to talk to she will disconnect the call!!!! No I am not happy at all.
Amazing staff and very friendly!!
I had an awful experience getting biometrics done here. The appointment time was for 9 am but apparently the internet was down so by the time I got there they didn’t even do any of the 8am appointments. Didn’t get my biometrics until close to 10:30 and the lady doing them was really rude.
Everyone I have dealt with is very nice. Those conducting citizenship ceremonies are particularly kind and enthusiastic about the service they provide. Happy Citizenship Day mommy!!!

Great experience. Staffs are extremely friendly. Went for a walk-in fingerprint almost at the end of the office hour but it was no problem. Got served within 15 minutes! Simply above and beyond my expectations.
The procedure for collecting biometrics went quite quickly. The employee was polite and efficient, I had trouble choosing my race (white is now missing) and was assigned as Caucasian/Latino. Suddenly! …
My one any only experience with the USCIS was an extremely bizarre, cumbersome, highly draconian, and byzantine experience.
Wonderful people. Went there as a walk-in for biometrics appointment around 2 30 PM on a Monday, actual appointment was in NY 3 days later. We aware the only ones there and were in and out in 10 minutes. They said that afternoons are best to do walk ins if needed as they are not busy and can be accepting. Good luck!
Very good experience
The security was friendly but the people wasn’t and they mad for no reason…
Everyone is super nice, very respectful, and helpful!
DO NOT arrive more than 30 min sooner than your appointment for interview or ceremony :) it has been clearly mentioned on the interview appointment letter, but still I noticed many people come upstair sooner and people at front desk have to …

Great service! Respectful and friendly personnel! Thank you!
Tried calling the 1-800 number, there were no options that referred to my question, the person I finally spoke to just kept rambling , he spoke so quietly and with an accent I could hardly understand him. I was asking him what form I should …

Did a walk-in biometrics on a Thursday afternoon with no problem. The office was not busy. Went in and out in about 20 minutes. Fast, efficient, and very nice staff!
I'm going to try to be fair here since I know there is a lot of moving parts. The immigration part deserves 5 star. Officers go above and beyond. My review is specifically about the application assistance side of things. Very rude, …

I went for my citizenship interview and was a really good experience. Everyone was nice and kind.
Very impressed about this center.Security, reception to officers are very nice! They are just happy, smiling and alive! Fantastic center.I dont mind my 4hr drive in here!
This is a non-federal, non-government business that poses as an official tax-payer funded service because the last Bush was cutting costs. Overpriced, under-signed, unclear processes and general air of unease and distrust. Homeland Security doesn't seem to offer other options
Absolutely pleasant experience. Friendly and professional personnel. You truly feel welcomed and respected here.
I greatly appreciate your customer approach.
The staff and officer are very nice
