Best local service.
This is the worst wifi I have experienced at my apartment. There are constant outages and bad service, plus bad costumer service on the phone and chat online. They don’t want to admit when there is a problem or outage. Spent over an hour on the phone with them going in circles and nothing was resolved.

Your customer facing representatives sure put on a great face - too bad the technician facing reps treat technicians terribly. I would recommend retraining dispatch and hiring more accounting staff.. if you can’t pay the techs that do your work, you don’t deserve the customers.
