Fixed the problem, but was extremely expensive for a relatively basic fix. Somehow my bios was corrupted, but my CPU debug light was on, which tells us that it's a CPU problem (?). It fixed itself when they ran windows with a new CPU. Got charged 300 for 2hrs of their time to fix a software issue....
Amazing! They helped me get some of my mom's recipes that I though were long lost off a floppy disc that was over 30 years old. They are reasonably priced and have fast and super friendly service. Thank you Ventura County Computers....
