Great work again! Fantastic customer service.

Knowledgeable staff and always willing to help. We have 40+ systems through our our org, and Voice Carrier has the best customer service.

Quality can be spotty sometimes however it is VOIP so that is out of their control sometimes. The price and tech support are great!!

I love that service isn't required often, but when it is, it's always great service!

VoiceCarrier's customer service is top notch. Their team of CSRs are well trained, patient and very good at explaining everything to non 'techies'. I am appreciative of this because we are a small church with a smaller staff and as Parish Secretary the phone system falls on me.

I had an issue and ended up working with the support team for about 2-3 days. They were amazing, friendly, and worked their hardest to solve it. They solved it and they did great job!

We had an issue where the internet was down in our center. Bruce at Voice Carrier was extremely pleasant and helpful in getting our calls forwarded to another number so we could continue business as usual.

I've been a satisfied customer for about 5 years. I only recently had a need to contact tech support and was very impressed with the speed and thoroughness with which they resolved the issue.

If you ever have questions on "how to" stuff, Bruce is very helpful with tech knowledge and how to work the system. We have used Voice Carrier for years. Very reasonable monthly fees.

Very cost effective and feature rich phone system. We have been with VC for over 10 years and they are always there to support us. I don't recall ever paying for any kind of support and they are extremely professional and customer-centric. Once in a while a call can get choppy but that is my only complaint.
