AIS is great, you know only call when my copier needs some love and attention. AIS always comes through, mostly same day appointment or will have items at front desk if I need to pick up. Their always friendly, accessible and communicate with you as if your an old friend. If your in a jam (literally) they can help.

I have never had any problems getting through to someone to request help. Miguel is phenomenal! He is very patient with us and always comes when he says hes coming.
