My Wife and I purchased 2 new S26 Cellphones and IRS home base system for our landline. The Store manager "Brittany" spent over 1 hour trasnferring data from out old cellphones to the new S26 & S26 Ultra. Then spent over 1/2 hour explaining the IRS Home Base susytem. She was and Excellent representative for Consumer Cellular, as she what my & wife considered to welcome change and showed that Excellent Customer Service still does exist. We only hope the Higher ups at Corporate realize what a gem they have in her. Robert & Cathy Studier...
