Recently had CTS phone system installed. A few minor hiccups with my old phone company, but so far so good. I have dealt with Frank Prater for the most part. He is great to work with and is attentive to your needs. He is top notch! Quick to respond and I cannot say enough kind words regarding my experience.

The way my house is situated with different levels the tech doing the install had a bit of a hard time, but with his support team was able to figure out the best way to install the phone in my house. I am, so far, very satisfied.
