Sheryl was sufficient and kept me up to date as she fixed my computer issue. She was accommodating on timing of the fix and professional in her correspondences. Everything was able to be done remotely. HRCT is great because they give you updates along the way and do multiple follow ups.

Jeff, as usual, was able to get my computer up and running the same day. For some reason my computer was not syncing with my one drive, so nothing was saving in the cloud.
