Kloud9 IT and Joseph did a great job for us. Joseph was very active in hooking up the new computers we had, moving a number of them and organizing the printer applications for all the stations. He corrected some issues we had quickly and explained why, and how to avoid them. He was very efficient and did not waste time!
I have just been set up on 365 and needed a lot of help. Josh spent almost 90 minutes on the phone with me, solving 90% of my problems (only short of getting my printer to print, which I did not expect was part of his job anyway). Very helpful, thorough and personable !
