Came here with problems with my touch screen on my surface pro. It was late, but Jacob and Dan were super helpful and patient. I'm leaving with a brand new screen thanks to these guys! Great customer service! I am leaving super happy! Who needs a store when you have have these dudes in their kiosk!

Came in today after having issues with my second Microsoft Surface. I fully expected to just get my money back and purchase a Mac. I spoke with Marie, and she was able to provide a very reasonable resolution. Thanks to her, I will continue using Microsoft products.

Small hard to find... Apple store was huge

Fast friendly service

Staff is helpful and nice. However, some of the staff clearly lack the technical knowledge to troubleshoot the Surfaces. They do try their best though, and I'll still come back for them if I need any help while my Surface is covered under their warranty.

I've had good luck with the sales staff there. It's just a kiosk but they have a store room so there is plenty of inventory.
