We changed our company's phone system to a cloud-based solution through Network Task Group in 2024. We had a wonderful experience transitioning to the platform, and we continue to experience great customer service if the need arises. We are a group of churches with 18 phones over three sites and sometimes need to change phones from site to site as offices are rearranged. The process is as easy as plugging in the phone to an ethernet cable. Network Task Group are always available to troubleshoot any issues we have. Very happy with this company
