Came here at 7pm on a Friday to print something after being turned away from Staples. Steven took the time to help me and was troubleshooting with me for ~30min to get this print job done correctly. Walked away very satisfied. 6/5 experience, would print here again.

I made three different trips over three days as I was working on a project for a community organization. Office Depot has a large variety of merchandise and staff have always been helpful.

Experience was fairly positive, even though the item I wanted to buy was a floor model and not in a box. The employees did what they could to help me.

Undergoing remodel, so it's a bit of a maze at the moment. But staff are helpful and product locations are mapped out. Have a bit of patience and you'll find what you need! I love "brick and mortar" stores and this one is a good one!

Please do not use their shredding services. It is affordable, but they do not contact you and customer service gives the runaround. I have had to file a credit card dispute since I cannot get a response.

Every time I need office stuff, my first stop is at Office Depot; they always find the way to come up with a solution to my needs, whether trhu separating the item I need at another store to pick it up or to have it delivered in very short timeframes.

I've had several things done here and I've always been impressed with the high quality and efficient service. On top of that the people who work there are friendly.

Good staff. They greet you at the door, know where to find stuff, are honest if they don't know a product detail. They provide real quality service, even though they may be short-staffed at times.

Emergency ‘go to’. Poor selection, high prices, understaffed. But if ya gotta have something ‘today’….Otherwise there are significantly better options online.

These guys stand behind their products. I got a large whiteboard that wasn't behaving properly; and, even though I couldn't put the plastic back on it, they still accepted the return. Got another model from them at the same visit, and it works beautifully.

The staff here were incredibly kind and helpful. We came on a Monday night half an hour before closing time but they still went out of their way to help us find a better deal and even helped us carry heavy boxes of printer paper to the car, and were very kind about it the whole time. I called ahead and the phone was answered right away. They had the product in stock and when I went in, I was helped at the front desk and found the item right away. Fast check out, no line.
