When some major software and hardware issues knocked us offline, one call to powersolution made the difference. Their engineers went to work quickly and got us back online minutes later, allowing us to to fulfill our orders.

Everyone is so friendly. They don't do break/fix service, only ongoing contract, but it works out better for a small office (if you have a dozen or two of staff). Number of computer issues drops dramatically!
