Friday my laptop started making this odd sound. Called Reasonable Tech Solutions and was able to bring my computer to the office Saturday morning. My computer was ready Sunday. It apparently needed the hard drive rebuilt after a Windows update. Service was fast and complete. Will return for future services.

Our organization needed to replace a printer. RTS sourced the printer that met our expectations and was within budget. The printer was shipped to us and installed the same week. No down time. Great service and great prices!

Went there for an exam at 8am on a Saturday. All the individual lockers were full. Had to put my belongings in a "group locker" that is not locked, and the one attendant was too busy to pay attention to it. Never again.
